I meant to post this during the epic storm we had here in Maryland..My friend seriously concocted this idea. 

He's a former Marine, so it's okay to laugh at him. 

BTW - there was actually a little bit of snow still on the ground today.  Well, piles of snow, & my jump-in-jacks were showing their colors today too.  Ahhh, can't wait for Spring.

Stok Black Coffee Shots

I discovered these in a convenience store while getting a cup of coffee one morning. They were sitting with the creamers & thought I'd give it a try. Although I am not one that likes to get super hyped on caffeine, these are great for a pick me up. I didn't get all jittery and freaky.

Each shot of this non-dairy coffee product has 40mg of caffeine & there is a warning not to exceed 2 per day. Energy Fiend lists 90.91mg per ounce, which I suppose would = 2 Stoks & that's a little more caffeine than a can of Red Bull.  They come sweetened or unsweetened.

*I only used one unsweetened shot in my coffee & found the effect just right.*  Oh & they are vegan friendly too.

You can buy them on Amazon if you don't have a convenience store close by to steal them from.

Wanna Smell Like Fresh Laundry?

I discovered Demeter fragrances at CVS..I love the smell of fresh laundry & this smells just like it.  I keep a bottle in my car as an air freshner or sometimes spritz a little on myself.  People comment that I smell good.

They have lots of interesting fragrances.  I also bought 'Soap' - smells like you just stepped out of the shower.  I think I'll try 'Grass' next, as I love the smell of fresh cut grass.

For those so inclined you can get the smell of a Funeral Home too.

This is pretty neat.
